Procyanidin

Procyanidin has been one of the greatest discoveries in the past few years. Scientists from Russia, Japan, Germany and America have done extensive studies on polyphenols and other similar substances. They have found very promising results. They have found that polyhenols have affects on body fat, organ health, aging, affects on certain diseases and most importantly hair growth.

The reason that polyphenols have an effect on hair growth is due to a natural chemical called procyanidin b2. It's most concentrated in apple polyphenols and scientists have determined that so far this is the best source for procyanidin b2.

hair growth process

The studies that have been done on this particular type of polyphenol showed a dramatic increase the rate of hair growth and regrow new hair. Procyandin b2 works by restarting the process of hair growth from the beginning. It works by inducing cell apoptosis, basically the destruction of bad cells and stimulating the good cell functions in the hair and scalp. More about the documentation and posts can be viewed here apple polyphenols. As it states in the scientific documentation it triggers the catagen induction in the hair cycle which is the first phase as seen in the picture to the right. This is just the function of one apple polyphenol chemical.

Applepoly is my favorite source for apple polyphenols and its the only product on the market that provides 100% apple polyphenols that are pure. The product that they offer is second to none. It works very well and best of all it's natural.
One of the most important things to remember about any product it that natural products are always healthier. With man made chemical products, the switch off is that there are going to be side affects in some shape or form in exchange for using something man made.
It is very rare to come across any product man made that does not have side effects. Natural sources like procyanidin work with the body, not against it.
